Grilled cheese sandwich and side salad

Decent Saturday lunch.  Some leftover cottage cheese, (1 point) and a zero-point salad.  The sandwich was made with a 48+ Gouda cheese (Jong) slice, so it was 7 point - 3 for the cheese and 4 for the bread.
